QUILTS IN THE PARLOR, is the topic I will be discussing at the Kirkwood, Mo. Public Library Wednesday the 13th at 2:00. In my third book, THE FUNERAL PARLOR QUILT, I am able to sprinkle my research on how quilts were used in the funeral and buriel process in different cultures and religions. All very interesting, accept I am not an attorney(that would be my husband). I am off to Perryville, Missouri the 5th, if you need a quilt appraised from 1-5 at the Perryville Library. At 5:00 I will be doing a talk about my latest book THE FUNERAL PARLOR QUILT. There will be light refreshment and bring a quilt to show if you like.
